I'm Pregnant!
You may not be pregnant after all. Most over the counter tests are reliable. However, to confirm that you are pregnant, you will need a blood or laboratory urine test. We can provide you with a laboratory urine test that is FREE and confidential.
I'm Pregnant! Now what?
Finding out that you are pregnant can bring a whole range of emotions. You may be scared or angry, you may feel confused, worthless, or guilty, or you may feel joy. No matter how you feel, an unplanned pregnancy is not easy. Our trained peer couselors are here to help you understand what is changing within you and to listen to your needs and concerns. During pregnancy, your body goes through many changes. Some common symptoms of early pregnancy include a missed period, nausea, breast tenderness, frequent urination, tiredness, and mood swings. We offer a JEWYL program at the center that helps you understand how your body is changing and how to best care for yourself during this time.
